Memorial Trophy Awarded: Sparkhill, N.Y.- The McRoberts Memorial Trophy,
established by the American chapter of the Oslo Golf Klub in memory of
its former secretary, William J. McRoberts, was awarded at the annual Indian
Summer Golf Tournament. It is awarded for the second low net score.
The third annual competition for the McRoberts Memorial Trophy was captured by william E. Owens, Assistant Vice President of operations for Ivaran Agencies, Inc., Jersey City, N.J. The tournament was held at the Rockland Country Club in Sparkhill, N.Y., on October 7, 1996.
