Operations Manager

Doug is a seasoned investigator and manager with 18 years of security industry experience. He joined McRoberts in 2003 and was quickly recognized for his outstanding leadership abilities. He has served as the Terminal Security Officer (TSO) for numerous cruise clients in a highly regulated environment without incident. Doug currently presides over the security operations as the Facility Security Officer of the premiere passenger cruise terminals in the Port of Miami, renown as the Cruise Capital of the World. Doug is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
